Associate Attorney The candidate will manage selected cases from intake to the filing of a complaint and effectively interact with clients, staff and others on a regular basis. Must have a JD degree from an ABA approved law school and current license to practice in the State of Arizona, excellent writing skills and demonstrated proficiency in the use of case management and other software programs customarily used in a Personal Injury Practice. Experience in conducting depositions, meditations and arbitrations is also necessary.
