Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate's hould have experience in property and casualty claims as well as litigation. Duties include motion practice, taking and defending depositions and Examinations Under Oath, court appearances, and coverage analysis. Must already be licensed to practice in Kentucky, be's elf-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent written and oral communication's kills. Preference will be given to candidates with an active license to practice law in Indiana as well. Active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky is required. Experience in property and casualty insurance claims and litigation is needed.
