Litigation Attorney Responsibilities: Manages docket of personal injury cases. Manages team including but not limited to associate attorneys, paralegals and secretary. Managing all aspects of litigation including depositions, legal research, writing, and trials. Provide outstanding customer service to clients is essential. Qualifications: JD Degree. Prior work experience in personal injury; litigation from either the plaintiff or insurance defense side is preferred. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Composure: can stay calm under pressure and in stressful situations. Is a settling influence in crisis. Steps up to conflicts, seeing them as opportunities. Good at focused listening. Can hammer out tough agreements and settle disputes equitably. Can find common ground and get cooperation with minimum resistance. Can write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles. Can get messages across that have the desired effect. Builds appropriate rapport and effective relationships.
