Associate Attorney The candidate will manage a caseload of approximately 130-150 cases from inception to settlement/judgment in a civil litigation firm including claims under Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act or Lemon Law. Take depositions, attend and argue hearings, present at mediations, and participate in trials early on in their practice, and be given feedback and mentorship. Must have an active Law License in Florida. Must have 3+ years of experience in practice. Should have exceptional research and writing abilities; excellent analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and good judgment; and be highly organized with the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Microsoft Office 365 and MyCase experience are a plus. Must be a driven team player that will go above and beyond in order to contribute to the success of the firm. Should be a hard-working, conscientious, and dedicated individual.
