Real Estate Attorney (Title & Sales) The candidate will work closely with the title division and the MD/DC Notices team. Input and maintain information into the case management system and ensure data integrity. Review title and prepare and review notices of sale for legal sufficiency for MD and DC foreclosure sales. Prioritize and manage a high-volume portfolio of work with strict deadlines and diligent attention to detail. Address inquiries related to title/notices of the foreclosure sale. Attend foreclosure sales as needed. Admission to the Maryland Bar is required; DC is a plus. Familiarity with foreclosures and title examination is preferred. Should have 1-3 years of Real Estate Law, but recently admitted attorneys. Have superior oral and written communication skills. Be detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask. Comfortable working independently and with a team.
