Litigation Attorney Responsibilities: Draft and review pleadings for state and federal courts. Attending hearings. Communicating with clients. Handle a variety of matters in a high volume, fast paced office. Qualifications: Admission to the MD bar is required. DC is a plus!. 1-2 years experience in Real Estate Law or Real Estate Litigation highly preferred. Previous Litigation experience required. Superior oral and written communication skills. Be detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask. Comfortable working independently or with a team.
