Workers Compensation Attorney The candidate will represent clients in workers compensation hearings. Independently manage a high-volume caseload, from inception through trial. Collaborate with attorneys and partners on complicated legal issues. Regularly handle court appearances and jury trials. Consistently engage in client communication. Conduct complex legal research and discovery investigation. Work with a team. Should have 2+ years of previous workers compensation experience. Must be admitted in Maryland.
