Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will work with 2 attorneys. Experience in both pre-litigation and litigation personal injury claims/files is preferred. Must have trial experience, excellent grammar, and be able to type efficiently. Ability to think independently and handle their own case load. Familiarity with discovery responses and Pre-Trial procedures (Pre-Trial Stipulations, etc.) is mandatory.
