# Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Attorney ## Overview Our law firm is looking for attorneys with two (2) or more years of experience working with Data Privacy and Cybersecurity matters to join our office. This practice area has a minimum 1,900 hour requirement and we offer generous bonus structures for those who exceed this requirement. ## Responsibilities The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: - Assigning clients affected by cybersecurity incidents such as ransomware, business email compromise, etc. - Working closely with forensic teams during investigations - Determining reporting obligations - Drafting individual and regulatory data breach notifications - Responding to regulatory inquiries - Assisting clients with internal and external messaging Experience with pre-breach policy drafting and/or preparedness training is preferred, but not required. ## Qualifications The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications: - Credentials from an ABA approved law school - An active law license - Excellent communication skills Our law firm is known for its diversity, LGBTQ and Women's initiative groups, offering excellent opportunities for growth and advancement.
