Associate Attorney Candidate will offer a wide range of clients combined expertise in the areas of wills, trusts and estates, Surrogate s Court practice, guardianship, elder law, disability planning and real estate. Will research, fact finding, counseling clients, and courtroom work. Will work alongside a partner. Must be a recent law school graduate (with court experience as a clerk or intern) or have 1-3 years of experience in estate planning, estate and trust administration, including knowledge of the relevant state and federal tax laws, and be willing to learn guardianship, elder law and real estate. New York Bar admission is also required and admission to Connecticut is a plus. Should have excellent technical, professional and client service skills and will be required to demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
