Oil & Gas Title Attorney The candidate must be licensed to practice in Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and/or New Mexico, and have 3 years of prior oil & gas title examination experience. Will prepare oil & gas title opinions and assist with oil & gas transactions. Remote work is optional on a case-by-case basis. The position is for a contract attorney. should be Currently licensed attorney in good standing in Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and/or New Mexico (other states a plus). Familiarity with various title and oil & gas related documents is required. Must have familiarity with various mineral and leasehold interests and their impact on title. Must possess strong math and Microsoft Excel skills.
