Associate Attorney The candidate must have plaintiff personal injury experience with an emphasis on pre-litigation in a high-volume setting. Represent injured clients with compassion and efficiency. Evaluate potential new client case facts. Comply with legal process and inter-office protocols while clients are undergoing medical treatment. Negotiate personal injury settlements and monitor finalization of settlement disbursement. Perform management/leadership functions. Must be a member of the Arizona State Bar. Previous plaintiff personal injury experience (preferred, not required). Exceptional written and verbal communication/negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent business judgment and high level of professionalism.
