Litigation Attorney The candidate should have 2+ years of litigation experience in the areas of general commercial litigation, civil litigation, and/or insurance defense. Creditor's rights and lending default litigation experience is a plus. Should have excellent written and oral advocacy skills, and analytical aptitude with deposition, discovery, motion practice, and trial experience are sought to assume responsibility in an active and diverse federal and state court litigation practice. Should be bright, hardworking attorney with good judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
