Patent Prosecution Attorney The attorney will be involve in all aspects of the firm's patent prosecution practice, including patent drafting, prosecution, reexaminations, opinions and due diligence work. Preparation and prosecution of domestic and international patent applications, review complicated technical inventions, evaluating patent portfolios and developing patent strategies. Should have a Bachelor's degree in electrical/computer engineering or computer science. Should preferably have 2 years of experience with patent law. An advanced degree in either of the referenced degrees is a plus. Experience with Artificial Intelligence related inventions is also a plus. Candidate must be a registered patent attorney. Must have excellent academic credentials, good analytical skills, strong written and oral communications skills, ability to work well in a team-based environment, prioritize workflow, meet deadlines, and manage multi-dimensional projects in a fast-paced environment.
