Attorney The candidate will provides default services to many of the largest financial institutions, mortgage servicers, commercial lenders, real estate developers, resort developers, automobile finance companies and title insurers. Legal services to clients across the country, including mortgage foreclosure, timeshare foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, loss mitigation, eviction, title and closings. Regional coverage in the Midwest ensures clients receive consistent counsel on every case, every day. At MDK, our mission informs everything we do. This position will also be responsible for drafting and arguing motions necessary to the successful completion of both routine and contested foreclosure matters, communicate with clients to ensure quality representation and implementation of all client directives, and assist in supervision of paralegal staff and administrative matters. 3-5 years experience with default servicing is required. Experience with title issues and/or evictions will also be considered. Other requirements include strong writing and analytical skills, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the willingness to work hard in a fast paced environment. Must have a positive attitude, be a team player, and demonstrate problem solving skills and flexibility. Finally, must understand the important role this position plays in the overall success of the business, and seek to contribute to an evolving company are required.
