Legal Secretary Paralegal The candidate will maintain case files, digital and paper. Prepare and revise legal documents with attorney direction and supervision. Assist attorneys with calendaring, meeting deadlines, case management and client interactions. Assist other office support staff when they need help. Assist office manager with the monitoring and collection of expenses and billing. Perform necessary administrative functions such as scheduling and filing as needed. Must have previous paralegal training or secretarial experience. Should have familiarity with pleadings, motions, judicial counsel forms and various other motion and trial documents. Must have strong organizational, proofreading and typing skills. Should have ability to monitor case deadlines related to discovery and motions. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
