Associate Attorney (Insurance Defense Firm) The candidate will work for a civil litigation defense law. Practice areas include: Auto Insurance, General Liability, Premises Liability, Medical/Dental Malpractice, Construction Defect. The candidate should have a JD degree from an excellent, ABA-approved law school. Active member in good standing with the California State Bar. At least 1 year of related experience preferred. Strong litigation experience in insurance coverage/defense experience. Strong experience with motion practice, discovery dispute, conducting depositions, making court experiences and trial preparation. Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills, comfortable presenting cases in front of judges and juries.
