Personal Injury Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate must have some personal injury experience and ability to work independently is preferable. Experience drafting complaints, Bills of Particulars and discovery documents as well as familiarity with no-fault is a plus. Familiarity with the medical records and terminology. Must have good speaking skills and ability to communicate with clients on phone. Familiarity with case management software a plus.
