Family Law Associate Attorney Candidate: Must highly qualified/experienced attorneys who either have extensive family law experience or bring their own book of business and are looking to not have to deal with the management/business side of a solo practice. Must have some work experience in family law; willingness to learn, self-disciplined, organized and reliable. Ability to work independently and handle caseload as assigned, sign up clients, visit potential or current clients, develop business and have courtroom experience or willingness to handle court matters when needed. Must have blend of confidence, humility, and compassion, qualities that lend themselves to a high client conversion rate as well as aids in getting optimal results for clients. Must be able to manage significant workload of active cases, prioritize, manage simultaneous tasks, and meet strict deadlines within a changing fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish is a Plus
