Attorney The candidate must have a JD from or is a JD Candidate of an accredited institution. Must be licensed in Texas, or scheduled to take the Texas Bar Examination. Must have 2+ years experience in personal injury law, or applicable personal injury clerking experience. Must have excellent communication skills. Must have experience with case management software (preferably Needles). Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. Must be able to live in Arkadelphia, AR, for six months for training prior to moving to a Dallas, TX location.
