Preparing trust and estate accountings, federal gift tax returns, and federal estate tax returns, Liaising with attorneys regarding deadlines, courses of action, and client needs, Interfacing with clients, trustees, beneficiaries, court clerks, and financial institutions, Helping the Trust and Estate Administration team develop and implement best practices for fiduciary services practice area, 3+ years solid experience in probate and/or trust administration with a law firm, 4-year degree, paralegal certification is preferred but not required, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Self-starter with a no-fail attitude Extreme attention to detail are required.
