Paralegal Candidate will work in the area of criminal defense. Will be writing letters to clients and drafting, filing, and reviewing pleadings, drafting, filing, and reviewing discovery and discovery answers, helping prepare cases for trial, and managing the attorneys calendar, including scheduling new client appointments, scheduling appointments for our clients with our investigator, scheduling hearings and trials, accurately detailing deadlines, and all other necessary scheduling actions. Experience as a criminal defense paralegal or legal secretary is preferred.
