Legal Secretary The candidate will provide administrative support to one or more attorneys including drafting, formatting, editing, and proofreading legal documents with attention to det Responsible for calendaring and must be familiar with court rules and procedures as well as processing and filing documents. Sustain efficiency of all office procedures and case management so as to guarantee reliability and consistency. Have proven experience as a legal secretary specifically in civil litigation practice area. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal technology such as court-filing computer systems and case management programs. Excellent written and oral communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple assignments in a timely manner. Typing certificate of 55 wpm is required.
