# Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Attorney ## Job Description Our law firm is looking for an experienced Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have two or more years of experience working with data privacy and cyber matters. ## Responsibilities The Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Attorney will be responsible for: * Assigning clients impacted by cyber security incidents * Working with forensic teams throughout investigations * Determining reporting obligations * Drafting individual and regulatory data breach notifications * Responding to regulatory inquiries * Assisting clients with internal and external messaging * Drafting pre-breach policy and/or preparedness training ## Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: * A degree from an ABA approved law school * An active law license * Excellent communication skills ## Benefits Our law firm offers a competitive benefits and salary package, including 401K with employer contribution.
