Tax Attorney The candidate will negotiate and interact with IRS and State Tax Agents. Investigate and diagnose a client's individual and/or business tax problems. Conduct Tax Research to solve case problems. Constant communication with both the IRS and State taxing agencies. Daily phone time with both the IRS and States, looking into a client's individual and business tax issues. Manage case files in a productive, efficient, and organized manner. Professionally communicate with clients on an as-needed basis. Must be a Licensed Attorney with Proven Work ethics. Must have the ability to follow specific directions with 7-10 years of the following Tax experience; Tax prep experience; 1120/the 1120s/1065, 940 and 941, 1040; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
