Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: monthly case reviews; confirming vital correspondence and notices (e.g. CGIA, spoliation, WC Notices) are drafted properly and sent out; demanding review with clients; settlement disbursements, resolving subrogation claims, liens, and other third party interests; building client cases, verifying that all client injuries, damages, and other losses have been documented and are being presented for maximum recovery; researching and analyzing case-specific legal issues and documentation (e.g. insurance policies, lien language, settlement releases); and negotiating settlements. Must have extensive knowledge in the personal injury field with 3+ years of experience as an attorney in a plaintiff's personal injury law office.
