Estate Planning / Probate Paralegal The candidate should have 4 years of continued, specialized experience. Should have full working knowledge of the registry of deeds and electronic recording systems. Should have an ability to use and develop processing systems such as our paperless electronic storage, and case management / document automation software. Should have a desire to provide top notch customer service. Litigation Pleading Drafting and response. Discovery production and response. Masshealth Application preparation. Special Needs planning. CRM software experience. Will collaborate with Clients to obtain and organize Client information. Preparation of estate planning documents. Coordination of Clients, staff attorneys and witnesses for attendance at in office or mobile signings. Processing document packages and recording applicable real estate transfers. Assisting with trust funding of financial assets. From drafting court petitions, forms and orders, you will open and close probate proceedings, serving as a primary contact for Clients. Investigating and performing research regarding wills, trusts, real estate assets, creditor claims, and medical issues surrounding guardianship / conservatorship petitions. Come with an eye toward long term growth. By solidifying our core processes together, we look to expand our offices over the next two years. This will bring additional staff, to work at your direction. If you d like to build along with me, this position will be very satisfying.
