Family Law Attorney The candidate should have a Bar license, and experience in criminal defense law, and customer service. Should preferably have 2+ years of Attorney experience. Experience in Divorce, Child Support, and Paternity Cases. Knowledge in Florida State Civil Procedures. Must have the ability to manage a high caseload. Bench trial experience (jury trial experience is a huge plus!). Must have a great understanding of the Rules of Evidence, and great negotiating and customer service skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
