Associate Attorney (Personal Injury) The candidate will see that clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. Will be expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence and respect. Also provide clients with updates and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding status of claims, demands and offers. 1+ year of litigation experience is required. should be member of the Georgia Bar and in good standing/eligible to practice. Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims is needed.
