Personal Injury Paralegal / Legal Assistant The candidate must have 5+ years of paralegal experience. Should have experience with trial and mediation preparation. Must be proficient in Pacer and Westlaw, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Client Data Management Systems. Should have good written and communication skills and be proficient in calendaring depositions, mediation, hearings, court deadlines, etc. Must have experience preparing discovery responses, calculating damages, and answering interrogatories and requests to produce.
