Family Law Paralegal The candidate will provide support by building good relationships directly with the clients and the attorney. Take care of administrative tasks such as answering phones and maintaining an organized filing system for all legal documents. Aid lawyers in trial preparation by preparing and organizing exhibits, organizing and coordinating witnesses, conducting research on legal articles, and assisting with client meetings and filing motions. Conduct interviews with clients to gather information about their legal issues. Assist lawyers in preparing legal documentation, pleadings, and correspondence including correspondence such as interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, complaints, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits. Arrange law office activity such as drafting subpoenas and coordinating with process servers. Should have Family Law experience and knowledge. Must have strong interpersonal skills and a talent for writing and grammar. Should possess high-level organizational skills, and time-management skills. The ability to work with little supervision is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Must be computer Literate and Tech Savvy.
