Associate Attorney-1st Party Property The candidate will work directly with the team associated with the unit. Provide diligent client services, effective client representation, and demonstrate the ability to represent Kelley Kronenberg in a highly professional manner. Represent Insurance clients. Negotiate settlements. Prepare motions, conduct depositions, and prepare for trial. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The candidate is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. The candidate must have 1-3 years of First Party Property experience. Experience with insurance related files, ATO exposure would be beneficial. MS Office Suite, Client Profiles knowledge a plus.
