Transactional Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for supporting attorneys in franchise registration and transactional matters. Support franchise regulatory attorneys and Senior Paralegal in the preparation and filing of franchise registration documents, including communicating with state regulators. Transactional work including merger and acquisition transactions, franchise transfers, due diligence, preparing closing binders and such other work. Trademark docketing and filing. Must be adept in word processing and use of MS Office 2010 or later. Must be proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Internet search engines and research tools. Experience with Time Matters and PC Law preferred. Should have 7+ years of experience as a paralegal with a private law firm of 10 attorneys or more or with a company performing transactional/contracting tasks. Paralegal certificate is preferred.
