Constitutional Law Attorney The candidate must have significant experience in both federal trials and appellate courts. Should have 3+ years of federal trial and appellate court experience. Must have ability to analyze complex First Amendment and other Constitutional issues. Should have ability to litigate complex cases at appellate and trial levels. Excellent brief writing and appellate argument skills required. Federal trial and appellate experience preferred. Proficiency in Federal rules of civil procedure desired. Knowledge of First Amendment law helpful.
