Associate Attorney - Insurance Defense/Personal Injury The candidate will support partners on cases and eventually manage your own matters. Major responsibilities would include: preparing reports for clients; managing document discovery; taking and defending depositions; completing legal research; writing motions Attending hearings, arbitrations, and trials; timekeeping and billing. Must be licensed through the Oregon State Bar and have 3+ years of civil litigation experience, and prior experience with timekeeping. Washington State Bar is a plus. Must have strong legal writing and excellent communication skills.
