Paralegal - Victim Compensation Fund The candidate will assist with client contact and fund administration work. Will assist attorneys and clients in the application and submission processes for the Zadroga Act Victim Compensation Fund. Participate in interviewing new clients. Secure medical records, investigatory reports, and other evidence. Handle substantial client contact. Handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing correspondence, confidential documents ensuring they remain secure. Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible. Meet deadlines. Must be able to work well independently and with others, prioritize work and communicate effectively with clients.
