This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who has a passion for family law and is eager to take on challenging cases. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience representing clients in a law firm and must have a minimum of three years of experience litigating family law cases. This position requires an attorney to have excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills. The attorney must also have a successful completion of an accredited law school with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree. Additionally, a strong knowledge of legal research programs such as Westlaw and Lexis products is required. The attorney will be responsible for advising clients by weighing available options towards a successful outcome and planning a course of action. The attorney will also be required to analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies. Additionally, the attorney will oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff. The attorney will also be responsible for working closely with and providing leadership to administrative staff concerning client billing, client meetings, invoicing, as well as finalizing client projects. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
