Legal Secretary The candidate will wok in Corporate Transactions firm. Will file, organize, scan, and copy various documents. Transcribe dictation into letters or other legal documents for filing. Schedule and confirm meetings and other events. Other office related tasks needed. Must preferably have Bachelor's degree. Should have 50 WPM of typing speed. Excellent written and oral communication are needed. Computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook) are needed. Knowledge of social media is a plus. Understanding of legal office procedures is required.
