Law Firm is seeking a highly experienced Premises Liability Litigation Attorney to join its rapidly growing team of plaintiff's personal injury lawyers and supporting case staff in its Augusta, Georgia offices. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years'experience handling complex personal injury premises liability cases, and will have the ability to handle a large and varied caseload. They will be responsible for drafting and filing litigation documents, working with expert witnesses, and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Law Firm offers a generous and competitive compensation package, which includes a base salary, guaranteed commission, and uncapped ongoing commission fees and bonuses. In addition, each litigator will have a dedicated paralegal and legal assistant to assist with their caseload. Responsibilities * Handle a large and complex caseload of pre-litigation and litigation cases in and around Augusta and Richmond County * Draft and file litigation documents, such as pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda of law * Guide plaintiff clients through the case process * Interact with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits * Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Qualifications * Law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school * Member in good standing with the GA bar * Minimum 2+ years of personal injury premises liability experience * Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases * Excellent client service and communication skills * Self-starter driven by long-term career goals * Superior writing and oral advocacy skills Benefits Law Firm is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
