The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in personal injury and have previous experience with: * Motion Drafting * Taking and defending depositions * Arguing motions in the court room * Reviewing and assessing damages in a case * Performing case evaluations with the litigation team * File to trial experience (Trial attendance not required) The firm supports their team with continuing legal education and pays for approved additional trial lawyer training.
