Associate Attorney The candidate will manage his or her cases from inception to trial, will have direct client and carrier contact, and will assist senior associates and shareholders in these and other general liability cases. Cases will range from moderate exposure matters to catastrophic losses, including fatalities, involving multiple claimants. Should have 3+ years of experience. Should have the ability to work proactively and creatively. Should have strong analytical, writing, research and communication skills are valued at this firm. Should have the ability to work in our diverse, inclusive, collaborative, open-door environment where they will have direct access and continued support from experienced shareholders and dynamic associates.
