Associate Attorney - Criminal and Civil The candidate should have 2-3 years experience in civil litigation, criminal law, family law or any combination thereof. Should have a strong desire to help individuals who are not traditional legal services consumers and empathetic towards the challenges that immigrants face in the United States. Work will include reviewing discovery, research, drafting memoranda, motions, pleadings and other court filings, communicating with opposing counsel, preparing for hearings and trials, and attendings hearings periodically. Must be a Colorado licensed attorney. Foreign language fluency is preferred.
