IP Specialist / IP Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for preparation and e-filing of office action responses, information disclosure statements, petitions, issue fees, and other patent prosecution documents, preparing and sending client correspondence, and working with attorneys and staff members to review work and ensure docketing deadlines are met. The candidate must have at least one(1) year of experience in electronically filing patent applications at the USPTO. This position requires knowledge and experience in working with USPTO EFS. Strong typing, proofreading and editing skills are desired, along with familiarity with MS Office Suite. Patent prosecution / IP specialist preferred. Japanese or Chinese language preferred.
