We are currently seeking a health care attorney with at least 3 years of experience in health care law to help deliver effective solutions to complex legal issues facing our clients. **Position Overview** The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in health care law and will be responsible for providing legal advice to clients that administer or provide health care services. Our health care clients primarily include health plans and hospitals. The health care attorney will advise on a broad array of health care legal matters, including health care regulatory matters, health care operations, health information privacy and security, Medi-Cal managed care, provider and vendor contracting, payer-provider disputes, litigation, and mergers and acquisitions. Public agency experience and experience with health care regulatory matters related to public health care providers and Medi-Cal is a plus. Candidates must be admitted to practice in California. **Compensation** The reasonably expected pay scale for this position seeking an associate with 3 or more years of experience is $122,500 - $180,000.
