Junior Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate will represent injured clients to obtain proper compensation for bodily injury against those persons and insurance firms that represent them. The representation will include every phase of litigation: filing lawsuits, discovery, depositions, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, hearings, jury trials, bench trials and post-trial motions. Will work with other attorneys and staff. Research and writing associated with the litigation caseload and other firm needs. Must also ensure the paralegals are successfully advancing the motor vehicle cases of the firm, while reviewing their work, updating senior management of their progress, and supporting senior management with reports on the paralegal s progress. Should have 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
