is looking for an experienced Associate Attorney with excellent research and writing skills to join their team. The successful candidate will need to have a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $110,000 per year. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings, completing legal research and preparing motions, pleadings, and briefs, and advising clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and planning a course of action. They will also be expected to be able to work independently on appropriate legal documents and research necessary for the particular case, such as for briefs, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondence. Qualifications for the Associate Attorney position include a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and 2 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate must also be able to handle a heavy caseload with little supervision, have the ability to use Microsoft Office, and experience with Clio case management software is preferable.
