Washington, DC office seeks a patent agent with 3 years of experience. The candidate will assist with patent prosecution matters and other responsibilities before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Patent agents currently attending a law school night program and superior technical candidates currently in law school or planning to attend law school are encouraged to apply. The candidate must be eligible to sit for the USPTO agency exam. A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, chemistry, material science or physics required. Prior technical work experience is advantageous.
