Seeking Real Estate Attorney, Contract, Commission with experience. The candidate will review title exams and cure title issues. Will oversee work of paralegals; conduct negotiations to close real estate surplus deals. Communicate with title underwriters, lenders, real estate agents, buyers and sellers. Must have substantial experience reviewing title exams and curing title issues. Must have 1-2 years substantial residential real estate experience. Must be licensed by Nevada State Bar and have no disciplinary issues.
