Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Must have sat for and been admitted to a state Bar. Must be currently a member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association. Must have 2+ years of relevant work experience in civil litigation, insurance defense, or personal injury matters following law school. Experience handling insurance defense matters is preferred. Must have 1 year of trial or increasingly responsible litigation experience (ex: depositions, arbitrations, hearings, etc.).
