Bilingual (Spanish) Immigration Attorney The candidate responsible and responsive to clients, a thorough and precise researcher, writer, and advocate. Must be a bilingual (Spanish) experienced Associate to take ownership of a robust caseload, including frequent contact with clients, supervising the work of the legal team, and ensuring cases progress through the firm's pipeline while maintaining the highest quality standards. Should have 2-3 years of experience in Removal and deportation defense. Family or Employment-based immigration are a plus. Must be confident, flexible, growth-minded, and comfortable working with a legal team and delegating work to paralegals and assistants. Must be an experienced attorney who can work independently. Must have a JD; Admission to a State Bar Virginia Bar is preferred and must be able to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team. Must be fluent in Spanish. Spanish (Required).
